What Causes Engine Injector Blockage?

There may be several reasons for engine fuel injector clogging:

1. Poor fuel quality: Using low-quality fuel or fuel with impurities will cause the fuel injector to block.

2. Blockage of the oil passage: Impurities or sediments in the oil passage will block the fuel injection nozzle, resulting in poor fuel injection.

3. Oil pump failure: Insufficient pressure of the oil pump or failure of the oil pump itself will also cause the nozzle to be blocked.

4. Carbon deposits on the valves: Carbon deposits on the valves will affect the tightness of the valves, resulting in the failure of fuel to be injected into the combustion chamber normally, resulting in clogging of the fuel injectors.

5. Long-term low-speed driving of the engine: Long-term low-speed driving will cause fuel to accumulate in the fuel injector, resulting in clogging of the fuel injector.

6. Aging of fuel injectors: If the fuel injectors have been used for too long or of poor quality, they will also lead to clogging.
